Christoph Ganz
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Chris is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Outerbound. He co-leads the company’s investment team and management of the firm. He serves as a Director of Aesop Auto Parts.
Prior to Outerbound, Chris led M&A, strategy and implementation projects at Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, Chris also served as a coach for high performing teams across the firm’s United States, Canada and Mexico offices. He earned an MBA from INSEAD Business School in Singapore and France, and holds a BA in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
Chris grew up in Zurich where he fell in love with the great outdoors, and has lived across the Middle East, Asia and North America. He is based in Atlanta with his wife and children.
Allam Taj, CFA
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Allam is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Outerbound. He co-leads the company’s investment team and management of the firm. He serves as a Director of Aesop Auto Parts and sits on the Audit Committee of the company.
Previously, Allam served in various M&A roles at Citigroup and Skadden, Arps. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Temple University, a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
Allam grew up in Philadelphia watching his beloved Eagles. He enjoys food, travel and cycling, and loves action films. Allam lives in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters.
